2015 Petite Sirah, Lonesome Spring Vineyard - WINE CLUB ONLY
The grape, known as Durif, originated as a cross of Syrah pollen germinating a Peloursin plant in the 1860s. The "petite" in the name refers to the size of the berries. A beautiful deep color, this Petite Sirah has aromas of black pepper and plum. You'll find flavors of blueberry and chocolate with nice acidity on the palate.
