Introducing our first Cabernet Sauvignon from Walla Walla. These grapes exhibit the complex aromas and flavors expected from mature vines. The nose has notes of violet, pencil shavings, and cranberry.  The tart fruit continues through to the palate with red currant and pomegranate.  The finish is tart with soft tannins.
